How much data?

Low bandwidth AAC+ (dial-up, slow mobile internet) - 12MB per hour
High bandwidth AAC or MP3 (ADSL, cable, NBN, mobile 3G or LTE) - 30MB per hour

Who can access PBS audio?

LIVE STREAM & AUDIO ARCHIVE

There are no restrictions and everyone can listen to the best quality stream available (currently 64k AAC).
Data rates may be increased to 128k in future, delivering superb quality with AAC, however this may be restricted to PBS Members only.
