Getting Airplay

Trying to get on the PBS airwaves?
All CD submissions should be directed to the PBS Music Department. Please address your package with an indication of what genre your act is, for example:

Alternatively, you can hand over CDs in person at the Reception desk:

Collingwood, 3066

Please attach a one page press release/bio to each CD. The Music Department will allocate the copies submitted to the most appropriate shows for airplay consideration. If you already know who will dig your stuff, supply a list of presenters that you’d like your CDs to go to. Remember- announcers decide what they play! If you include your contact details, you’ll receive an email notification of what shows have been allocated your CD.

After an interview?
Please email interview requests to: musicdept@pbsfm.org.au

The Music Department will circulate the interview availability to our announcers, targeting those that have received the music. If any of these announcers are keen to cover the interview, then we’ll be in touch to set up a time.
