Community broadcaster PBS 106.7FM is an iconic pillar of Melbourne’s unique music and arts community. Since 1979, PBS has been a key provider of independent and diverse music.

PBS is a niche broadcaster, delivering more than 80 specialist music programs spanning blues and roots, soul, jazz, world, funk, indie, hip hop, hardcore, bluegrass, metal, dub, rock 'n' roll, doo wop, garage, country, Australian indigenous music and electronica each week. We play music that is little heard on other stations to eager audiences who appreciate the opportunity to be immersed in something different and special.
